TOP QUESTIONS

All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Processing time is the time from which we either take a product off our shelves, pack it, and get ready to ship it to you or, when there is a lot of demand, actually make the product it and then pack it and get ready to ship it to you.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped and this will include a link to our website where you can track your order.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (USA)

In an effort to keep costs down while shipping our fragile products, we use a mix of USPS, UPS, Fedex, and DHL depending on the location we are shipping and the promotions they are giving at that point in time.

To manage this, we use our website to track orders and it easily combines all of the carriers into one page.

Because we have fragile products, our products can take 10-14 business days to reach their destination within the states.

Canada and Ireland: 21 - 30 Business Days due to customs taking ~21 days

PO Boxes and Military Bases: 25 - 30 Business Days

Everywhere Else: 10 - 14 Business Days

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. If for any reason you have not received your shipping confirmation email and your order date is past 5 business days, please let us know by emailing support@ecletticos.com. We will be happy to find out what exactly is going on with your order.

If your order has shipped and you want to return it please reach out to support@ecletticos.com.

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

International shipping can cost up to 75% of the cost of the goods to return. In the event of a return, you have the option to accept a 50% refund and keep the product, instead of shipping it to the United States.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 5 days at support@ecletticos.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

If you have multiple products in your order, we may ship them in multiple packages due to the following reasons:

Products are manufactured in different sitesReduce the likelihood of breakageOptimize shipping speed with smaller packages (especially through customs if shipping internationally)

Different shipments will usually be delivered within a few days of each other.

We are a team of designers who work with various different manufacturers to design and produce the products you see on our site (and more to come)!

ORDERS

Please email support@ecletticos.com with your name and order number. We will try to cancel the order before it ships and refund your money.

If you have received a shipping confirmation email with a link to view your tracking, then your order has been shipped and we cannot immediately cancel your order. You will have to follow the Return Policy

Please email support@ecletticos.com with your name and order number. We will try to change the order before it ships — we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do this as we start to process your order immediately for shipment and it may take a day or two for customer service to review your request.

If you have received a shipping confirmation email with a link to view your tracking, then your order has been shipped and we cannot immediately change your order. You will have to follow the Return Policy below.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal for online orders.

All payment options are in the footer. 

If you haven't received an order confirmation email, it is likely the result of one or two things:

Your order was never actually placed and processed.You have entered an incorrect email address with your order

If you are certain that the email address linked to your order is correct, please check the spam folder in your mailing client for your order confirmation. In the event that you still cannot locate an order confirmation, please email or call our customer service department: support@ecletticos.com.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want to make sure that you get the best out of our products. If it arrived and it's damaged get in touch with our support team through filling out this form. We will reach back out to you to provide detailed photos to understand the issue. We are more than happy to process a refund or send out a replacement for you.
